Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it, or exchange it for another piece.

• The returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
• We refund the payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• If a piece arrives broken or unusable, we'll replace it free of charge: email labas@minimali.lt with a photo.
